step 1: choose how you want to start
you can begin in either of these ways:
option a: book a free phone consultation
ideal if you’re new to aesthetics, unsure which treatment is right, or want to talk through suitability, results, and expectations before committing.
option b: book your treatment directly
perfect if you already know what you want. you will still complete a full aesthetic consultation in person before any treatment takes place.
step 2: face-to-face aesthetic consultation (before any treatment)
every appointment includes a structured, face-to-face aesthetic consultation on the day. this is completed immediately before treatment and is essential for safety, consent, and achieving refined results.
your aesthetic consultation includes:
- medical history review and current medications
- screening for contraindications and clinical suitability
- discussion of your concerns, goals, and desired outcome
- explanation of benefits, risks, and realistic expectations
- assessment of facial anatomy, symmetry, movement, and skin quality
a personalised treatment plan (including product choice and technique where relevant) - informed consent before proceeding
we only proceed if the aesthetic consultation confirms treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
step 3: treatment (same visit, if suitable)
if everything is clinically appropriate, treatment is carried out during the same appointment, using a careful, conservative approach designed to enhance your features without looking overdone.
step 4: aftercare and support
you’ll receive clear aftercare guidance, what to expect during the settling period, and when to contact us if you have any concerns. we want you to feel informed and supported, not left guessing.
if treatment cannot go ahead
your safety comes first. if the aesthetic consultation identifies a medical or clinical reason not to proceed, we will not carry out treatment. in this situation, a full refund will be issued.
